Terms of service
Last updated 3 September 2026. Using BrekkyMetrics means you agree to these terms.
The service
BrekkyMetrics lets you collect and view product analytics for websites and apps you control. We may change features, limits, and pricing. We will not silently add overage fees. Current prices are on /pricing.
Your account
You must provide a real email and keep your write keys private. You are responsible for activity under your account, including teammates you invite.
Acceptable use
Do not use BrekkyMetrics to:
- Track people without a lawful basis, or sites you do not control
- Send illegal content, malware, or high-volume abuse through ingest
- Probe, scrape, or break the service beyond normal product use
- Resell raw visitor data as a surveillance product
We can suspend accounts that break this.
Your data
You own the events you send. We need a license to host, display, and back them up so the product works. Details are in the privacy policy. If you cancel, we delete or anonymize project data on a reasonable schedule unless law requires we keep it.
Billing
Free has limits. Paid plans bill monthly or annually through our payment provider. You can downgrade or cancel anytime. Annual plans are prorated when you change mid-cycle. Fees already paid are not refunded except where law requires it.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is. Analytics can be delayed, sampled, or incomplete (ad blockers, network errors, plan limits). We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
