Who we are

BrekkyMetrics (“we”) provides live product analytics at brekkymetrics.com and app.brekkymetrics.com. Questions: hello@brekkymetrics.com.

What we collect from your visitors

When you install our tracker or SDK on your site or app, we receive events you choose to send. That typically includes page URL or screen name, referrer, timestamp, a first-party visitor identifier, user agent, and approximate location derived from IP (country, sometimes city). We do not use this to run ads.

If you call identify (or similar) with a user id or traits, we store what you send. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or government IDs.

What we collect from you (the customer)

Account email, project names, write keys, billing details if you subscribe (processed by our payment provider), and messages you send us.

Cookies

The public web tracker is designed for first-party analytics without a third-party ad cookie. Our marketing site and app may use essential cookies to keep you logged in. We do not run a “sell my data” advertising program.

How we use data

To provide the dashboard, prevent abuse, bill plans, and improve the product. We do not sell visitor data. We do not share it with advertisers.

Processors

We use hosting and infrastructure providers (including Supabase) and a payment processor for paid plans. They process data on our instructions.

Retention

Event history follows your plan (for example 30 days on Free). Account data stays until you delete the account or we close it for abuse.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account by emailing us. If you are a site owner using BrekkyMetrics, you are the controller for your visitors. We process that data for you.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 16. Do not send us data about children.

Changes

We will update this page if the policy changes. Continued use after the date above means you accept the current version.
